In order to apply to be an officer, you must fulfill at least one of the following requirements:
15 BSSA Membership points
Nomination by current BSSA Officer

Important Notes:
Committee participation will be considered during this process, but is not required.
Executive Board Positions: Only returning officers may apply to these positions.
Board Position Descriptions:
Please read the following board position responsibilities carefully before applying. Some roles and responsibilities have changed since the previous application period.
All positions are open and will be filled from both the Returning Officer applicant pool and/or the New Officer applicant pool. Each applicantion will be considered holistically.
Returning Officers are not guarenteed a position, but their application will be weighted accordingly. Previous performance as a BSSA Officer will be considered and weighted.
Applications have been emailed to all BSSA members with 15 or more membership points as of Monday February 15th. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to Melody and Aren as soon as possible.
Members with less than 15 membership points may still receive an application with an officer nomination. (Members are responsible for communicating with officers they would like to receive a nomination from.)
